Grades 5-9: Academic Success Across The Curriculum
Any student reading at 4th grade level or above will significantly benefit from LTL Across the Curriculum
Available programs include:
- Learning to Learn: Success in School and Beyond Workbook & DVD
- Learning to Learn Math 8 (350-page textbook) & DVD
- Learning to Learn Algebra (450-page textbook) & DVD
Within 3 months, LTL-trained students make these gains:
- Reading: Achieve gains of 6-24 months in reading comprehension
- Algebra: Graph linear equations and challenge each other on extended arithmetic sequences with 100% accuracy
- History and Science: Achieve B or better on tests in history and science; attain at least 30% higher scores than comparable non-LTL students on statewide tests in these subject-matter areas
- English Language Arts: Write well-constructed paragraphs with 80% correct grammatical usage
